saw g last night. there was not a little heart pounding. ; \ more to come ...|
then went out with a friend to see What the Bleep Do We Know?, but we failed to leave her house early enough due to some bs reason like 'passing her class' or something... jk, rock it S8L!
the flame war on my b0st0n community bikey post is causing me to avoid my inbox. ::shakes head::
ooooh, yeah. I know that inbox avoidance thingy.
I need an asbestos ISP.
heh. thanks for steppin in though. ; ) hot mask.
so did u end up getting to see the movie? if so, was it good? i'm curious.
goin tonight. let you know. you still in norcal?
yup, still stuck in the bowels of upper middle class suburbia.
well, i saw bleep. i have to say that my review may be clouded since i drank about half a liter of whiskey during the show. my brain is still numb days after.
the movie was a presentation of ideas and various "creative" perspectives of scientific data. there were interviews with many intellectuals from the scientific world and from new age philosophy. great computer animated graphics... silly personified characters to help explain the ideas. there wasn't much cohesiveness and at points, i felt like i was being preached at from an info-mercial... but i liked it, and i'll watch it again (sober) when it's out on dvd. no rush to see this, but it is a refreshing presentation of things you've probably already thought yourself.
it's like there's a flame war there every day :/
what a lovely little angry city it is ^^;
heh, ya. ..but this morning was a really beautiful ride. almost no traffic, pretty clean air.. smells like turkey-day already. ::sigh:: wanna ride bikes?!
I have to take the bus into town, so it's just walking for me *g*
